Sandnes municipality, c/o Sandnes Art and Culture House, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, hereby call for tenders for the procurement of audio equipment.
Sandnes Art and Culture House operates Sandnes Culture House and ‘Kinokino’ (Cinema). The culture house shall offer good experiences with an exciting program comprising dance, music, theatre, comedy, etc., and must also be the grand hall for the local cultural life. The culture house contains two halls, course and conference premises. There is also a foyer with an area of 400 m which is used for concerts, social events and exhibitions ‘Kinokino’ comprises three halls, an arts hall and cafe used for concerts, showing films, art exhibitions and other cultural activities.
The estimated contract value is NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract with deliveries of additional equipment and additional work for a value of up to NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT. The total value, including options is NOK 4.9 million excluding VAT.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate,
— Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial strength to fulfil the contract. The tenderer must achieve a minimum rating of ‘Credit worthy’, i.e. the tenderer must be in risk classification 5 or higher on the Experian scale.
Documentation requirement:
As documentation, the contracting authority must obtain the credit evaluation Commercial Delphi Score from Experian (the contracting authority subscribes to services from Experian).
The tenderer is expected to have familiarised himself with registered information about the company and by submission of the tender accepts that the information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the supplier's economic situation.

The tenderer can enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating company showing that the tenderer fulfils the requirement. The credit assessment shall be based on the last available accounting figures.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

The tenderer must have experience from minimum two relevant assignments as described in this document and annex, in regard to the scope and complexity.
Documentation requirement:
Documentation requirement: tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant assignments the last 3 (three) years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. The references will only be contacted if required.
