The need for the machine

The tool carrier must be reliable and give the contracting authority the best possible execution of the assignments carried out by the machine. Emphasis will be put on systems that give good HSE quality and qualities that are important for the working environment, stability, work range and maintenance.

Equipment/need

— speed min. 45 km/h,

— weight 7-9 tonnes,

— hydraulic equipment/holder in front of the Ducert edge cutter and hydraulic rotary snow cutter,

— adapter from the machine's tool holder to the trim,

— trailer fastener with a tip outlet and outlet for brakes and lights,

— central lubrication,

— raised screens with space for chains on all wheels,

— extra work lights at the front and back,

— light beam with warning lights and work lights,

— reversing camera,

— heated mirrors,

— climate installations,

— air chair with neck support and three-point seat belt,

— gravel shovel and snow shovel,

— dab radio driver environment.

The contracting authority requires that the work atmosphere in the machine cabin must always fulfil the requirements in the Working Environment Act's regulations.

Option: service and maintenance contract.

A service and maintenance contract for 5 years is included in the delivery.

The service contract must cover the following work:

— annual control,

— oil and filters at every service,

— service parts, straps, and gaskets for service points,

— all the control points must be inspected in accordance with the service manual,

— diagnosing,

— data component upgrades,

— all travel and work costs are to be covered at fixed services,

— all travel and work costs are to be covered for any guarantee repairs,

— tenderers must give a guarantee for a maximum time from when a message is given until service personnel are on-site for unforeseen events where the machine is not operative.

Workshop services.

The contracting authority can need workshop services for concrete assignments. Hourly rate for the required workshop services for 5 years.

Guarantee

The guarantee must be minimum 1 year/1 200 hours.

Delivery

The delivery must be complete, 5722 Dalekvam, as soon as possible.

Training

If a new tool carrier is delivered, training must be given in the use and maintenance of the machine. This training must be included in the price. Training of drivers upon delivery. Training of the service manager within two weeks of delivery.

Part-exchange

A second-hand tool carrier will be included as part-exchange in the contract. The used tool carrier is a Lundberg 6200 LS 2009 model. The hour counter on this is defect. The last reading of the number of hours at the last expert inspection on 24 February 2020 was 3 500 hours.
