The contracting authority requests tenders for Anaesthesia apparatuses for Haukeland University Hospital, the Coastal Hospital at Hagevik and Voss Hospital. These hospitals conduct approx. 33 000 anaesthetic procedures per annum.
Bergen Health Trust has currently has approx. 80 standardised anaesthesia apparatuses that must be replaced as they are worn-out. The new equipment must be suitable for the large amount of anaesthetic procedures that are conducted. The objective of the agreement is to replace all equipment during 2020-2021, including delivery of the equipment for the Children and Youth Hospital (BUS 2) project, stage 2.

The framework agreement for supply of equipment must in addition to the procurement, include training as well as an option for a service agreement for the equipment's lifetime. The framework agreement period for purchases is 2 years, with an option for 1 + 1 year extension. The terms in the agreement are valid as long as the equipment is in operation.

The framework agreement also includes the procurement of equipment-dependent consumables if required. The framework agreement for the equipment is valid for the lifetime of the equipment.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
This framework agreement period for the procurement of equipment is 2 years from signing of contract, with an option for extending the agreement for 1 year + 1 year.
The framework agreement for any equipment-dependent consumables is valid for the lifetime of the equipment.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for service, training, vaporisers with adaptations, cleaning equipment and adaptations, borrowed equipment and column fasteners.

Qualification requirement:
Requirements for tenderer's registration.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement:
Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements:
A. A credit rating with minimum score A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet’s scale, or an equivalent score from other reputable credit rating agencies;
B. The tenderer must have profitable operations, positive cash-flow during the last year, and positive equity.
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
A. Credit ratings;
B. Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report. Profit and loss account and/or balance for the last 6 months if it is more than 6 months since the last annual financial statement.

B. The tenderer must have profitable operations, positive cash-flow during the last year, and positive equity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement:
A. Technical and professional competence: we shall evaluate whether the provider has long enough experience to comply with its contractual obligations in the lifetime of the equipment;
B. The tenderer must have a good implementation ability/capacity for follow-up the contracting authority in a good manner during the entire contract period.
Documentation requirement:
A. A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract. See annex 5 — the Reply form, references for own personnel;
B. Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipients. Certificates issued or verified by the contracting authority can be attached. See Annex 4 — the reply form, references.
