Nordland fylkeskommune ved Eiendomsseksjonen [Nordland county c/o the Property Section] extends an invitation to participate in a competition for builder's representative and project coordinator for the co-localisation of Mosjøen sixth form college.
The tender must contain the necessary delivery of a draft project in the planning phase up until a tender documentation for a turnkey contract (as described in the performance description below).
The tender must safeguard the RIE, RIV, ARK and RIBr [Civil Engineering consulting, electrical engineering consulting, HVAC engineering consulting, architectural services and fire proofing consulting] needs in the planning phase. The RIB function will function as a project coordinator in the planning phase.
After engaging the turnkey contractor, RIB, RIE, RIV and RIBr will change to a builder's representative function as described in the service description (ARK will not be continued).
The main builder representative must have their main competence within the RIB discipline.
IT will be possible for the service provider to have sub-contractors in RIE, RIV, RIBr and ARK.
