Requirement:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 1:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Requirement 2:
The tenderer must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 1:
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Requirement 2:
Tax certificate, not older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
If the tenderer is planning to use sub-contractors, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Requirement:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have three relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
The list must include a statement of the deliveries' value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.
