Tender 20/7511 — Two-Wheel Bicycles for Persons with Reduced Functional Ability in their Upper Body

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV economy and management division, the procurement section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of two-wheel bicycles with and without auxiliary motors, for persons with reduced functional ability in their upper body, with the accompanying accessories, spare parts and services.
The procurement objective is to establish a range of necessary and appropriate aids that improve functional ability for persons with reduced functional ability. The tender contest is divided into lots in order to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups, secure comparable products and contribute to achieving the desired range of products. Contracts will be signed for each lot with a sufficient number of suppliers to cover the majority of the user´needs.
