Tender offers may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders are not accepted for an individual geographical zone.

Zone 1: Flå municipality — Gol municipality — Hol municipality — Krødsherad municipality — Ål municipality

Zone 2: Tinn municipality — Kongsberg municipality — Notodden municipality — Hjartdal municipality — Lier municipality (option)- Øvre Eiker municipality (option)

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender.

Framework agreement.

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 13 November 2020 until and including 12 November 2022, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with a minimum of 5 providers in each group, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
