System for Data Collection, Contribution Calculation, Analysis and Reports

Bankenes Sikringsfond

The Norwegian Banks' Guarantee Fund owns a self-developed accounting database where the quarterly accounts for Norwegian banks are entered every quarter. The data is mainly used for analyses and for calculations of contributions that each bank must pay to the deposit guarantee fund and the crisis management fund.
In order to make the process for collecting data and calculating contributions to the two funds more efficient, the Norwegian Banks' Guarantee Fund would like to have a new tool.
The Norwegian Banks' Guarantee Fund would also like to use the system for entering deposit lists that the banks report upon request. The deposit lists are reported in XML format, which are saved for two days before they are deleted.
Tenderers can choose the delivery model for the system within the requirements specification. This presumes that access to the system is via WEB interface, and that the contracting authority does not have to install or run the system on its servers or in its premises.
