The framework agreements include surgical and medical specialist health services from private providers. The framework agreements are valid from 1.3.2020 until 31.12.2023. Reservation is made regarding a start-up date somewhat later than 1.3.2020. The procurement shall be implemented in accordance with part IV regarding supply of health and social services in the Public Procurement Regulations. The contracting authority is making reservations regarding inaccuracies in the tender notice, due to missing adaptations in the electronic tender notice form in relation to the regulations.
