The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for a contract for the procurement of new, modern and energy efficient LED fixtures for existing street light installations. All the fixtures will be controlled and administered via 'control at fixture level', and Fredrikstad Municipality has already procured such a system via Datek Light Control AS (DLC). The chosen fixtures supplier must enter into a binding cooperation with DLC.
