The contracting authority would like tenders for a storage service and transport of infection control equipment for Helse Vest. The storage service will consist of various services, from the receipt of goods until they are dispatched from the store again and the accompanying transport of the goods to the health trusts and municipalities in Helse Vest.
Tenders can be submitted for the following lots:
1) Sub-contract 1: Storage Services and Transport for the Health Trusts in Helse Vest,
2) Sub-contract 2: Storage Services and Transport for the Municipalities in Helse Vest.
The procurement will be made via an open tender contest in accordance with the Public Procurements Regulations, parts I and III and in accordance with the Public Procurements Act from 17 June 2016 No 73 and the Public Procurements Regulations from 12 August 2016, No 974.
This contest will be held with shortened deadlines in accordance with Section 20-2 (3), as it will be impossible to comply with the deadline in Section 20-2 (1).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: requirements regarding tenderer's registration.
Documentation requirements: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirement of financial key figures:
A credit rating equal to or better than B, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Documentation requirement: Credit Rating (not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders) from an approved credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. If the tenderer has a valid reason for not being able to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, etc., with a satisfactory credit appraisal that represent an equivalent guarantee for the implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included with the tender.
