Under the Patient Journal Act §22, health companies are obliged to ensure that all entries in patient journals are logged and checked. The log check must be planned and systematic. The only alternative without a suitable analysis tool is random checks. Due to the large volume of entries, it is impossible to do this in a systematic way.
