The Norwegian Coastal Administration has prepared a preliminary project, a zoning plan and an impact assessment (Norwegian abbreviation: KU) for Stad Ships' tunnel.
The area that are confiscated in connection with the Stad Ships' tunnel affects 27 properties. These properties comprise 5 detached houses as well as different outhouses, barns, car sheds and boat houses.
The assignment is limited to the preparation of reasonable agreements for each property included in the land acquisition. Final negotiations with the landowners are not included in the assignment.
