The intention of this tender enquiry is to establish a framework agreement for software licences for the procurement of software, including advice, assistance and support. A framework agreement will be signed with two dealers. The tenderer who is ranked as no. 1 (the winner) will be the preferred dealer that the contracting authorities will use. As a starting point, all turnover will be with the preferred dealer, but if the preferred dealer cannot deliver the required licence, a procurement will be made from the dealer who is ranked as no. 2.
The consultancy services under the contract can only be used by entities who do not have other contracts in this area.
Trade systems, such as finance systems, personnel systems, logistics systems, and service applications within education are not covered by this contract. Microsoft licences, Oracle, SAP, Comvault, and Chatbot are not covered by this contract.
A detailed description of the delivery is given in the requirements specification in addition to the contract.

The framework agreement period is 1 year. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further three years/1+1+1 to a total maximum of 4 years.
