The contract also includes demolition works for the current Skavanger school and the adjacent private houses/buildings on the school site. The gross area of the school is planned to be approx. 3 500 m.
The contracting authority has previously held a contest and awarded a contract for the implementation of the project as a partnership, cf. the previous notice, Doffin reference 2019-388106 and TED reference 2019/S 103-250596.
