OsloMet — Metropolitan University are renting all their premises. The objective of the contract is to cover OsloMet's requirements for craft services for the ventilation and cooling disciplines. The requirement includes periodic service on systems, continuous repairs and works related to projects. The agreement may also include materials as well as ventilation and cooling equipment. It may also be relevant to provide consultancy services.
OsloMet reserves the right to enter/maintain separate service contracts with third parties for individual systems when OsloMet finds it suitable due to special conditions.
As a tenant, OsloMet shares the responsibility for the premises’ ventilation and cooling systems with the building owner. The building owners have their own separate contracts for their area of responsibility.
