All security guard services must be in accordance with the Security Guard Services Act 2001-01-05-1, with the accompanying Regulations on security guard services 2011-03-28-337. The tenderers must include in their tenders a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which demonstrates that the tenderer have fulfilled their obligations to taxes, duties and social security contributions prior to any contract signing.
