Forsvarets personell- og vernepliktssenter (FPVS) carries out various electronic tests several places in the country for the examination of persons liable for military service and for places in the Norwegian Defence's schools. These electronic tests are a cloud service (MS Azure) that will be accessed from dedicated client equipment (PC, table, etc.), in the Norwegian Defence's premises nationwide.
This procurement is for the delivery of client equipment, network and internet access for the electronic test system. The delivery will also include the operation and management of the delivered equipment.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating ‘A’ or similar will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. Part IV letter B of the ESPD form: economic and financial capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Minimum experience from three equivalent deliveries. Tenderers must attach a description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of: A short description of the delivery. The assignment value. Date. Recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer’s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
