The consultant will, in the contract period, provide assistance to CIKT LAA within Personnel Administration (PA), including recruitment, as stated below:

— develop the Norwegian Defence's HRM system based on SAP PA;

— define functional and technical systems based on SAP's products, including a qualification catalogue and scale values in EVV connected to recruitment;

— the consultant will fulfil the role of a senior expert resource.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract can be extended by the contracting authority taking up an option for an extension, see point II.2.11).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for up to 3 years from 1 January 2021 and for up to 6 000 hours. This can be taken up in whole or partially.
