Oslobygg KF (Oslobygg) is a newly established municipal company. In February, Oslo municipality established Oslobygg in order to merge Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF, Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF, Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF and the development entity in Boligbygg Oslo KF. The aim of the contract is to ensure that the establishment and organisation of Oslobygg KF succeeds in accordance with the aims set by the city government and the city council. An organisation project will be established, which will work to ensure that the establishment of Oslobygg takes care of all the functions and ongoing processes and projects in the existing property companies in the best way, and contributes to the further development of Oslobygg in order to reach the goals that have been set.
