The procurement concerns a framework agreement for respite for parents with particularly burdensome care work, pursuant to the health and care services Act § 3-6. The delivery includes a basic package for ongoing respire every other weekend, as well as a week of holiday respire in the summer to be placed according to parents’ wishes. The delivery will also include an option for additional week respite, weekend respite, 24-hour respite and the purchase of individual hours. The assignment is currently only about one user, but Salangen municipality reserves the right that the needs may change under way. Therefore the aim is to sign a 2-year contract with an option for 1 year + 1 year.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
1) The respite will take place with a maximum driving time of 45 minutes from Sjøvegan.
2) Must be able to use ASK (alternative and supplementary communication) in the form of text to speech.
3) The supplier will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off at Sjøvegan.
4) Must have competence in medicine handling and be able to administer medications as needed.
5) The supplier will be responsible for all expenses in connection with the assignment. The individual children will have their own clothes, personal equipment, possibly medication.
