The following two alternative contract duration terms must be offered: 5 years with a unilateral option for 1 year + 1 year, i.e. the tenderer must comply if the contracting authority requests to extend the contract subject to these terms. 3 years with a mutual option for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year + 1 year where both parties must agree to any extension.
