The objective of the report is to explore different conceptual approaches for strengthening the knowledge basis for a policy measure for reducing marine pollution and microplastics. The report should consider various alternatives to mechanisms and how these can be designed to respond to the need at the global level, while building on regional mechanisms and needs. For a more detailed description of the contract, see Appendix 1.
The report must be delivered by 15 December 2020. The maximum remuneration budget is NOK 375 000, excluding VAT.
