The project concerns reconstruction of Buhrestua Treatment Plant and Alværn Pumping Station for Nesodden kommune [Nesodden municipality], where separate contracts are signed for each discipline. The project is implemented as a turnkey enterprise.

Contract 001 will become HE and will be transferred to other disciplines. At Buhrestua, the treatment processes will be shut down and the facilities will be reconstructed to become a pumping station. At Alværn Pumping Station, (15 minutes away from Buhrestua Treatment Plant), a new pump and new oxygenation system will be established in the five basin chambers. The plants will be in operation throughout the entire construction period. A site inspection is planned for each contract, but please note that the date can be postponed to the following week.

Contract 002 concerns dismantling of parts of the pipe system and the installation of new pipes, pumps and process equipment for the reconstruction of Buhrestua Treatment Plant to a pumping station. Amongst other things to be installed, are new pumps, category 5 back-pressure safety device, flushing systems and oxygen feed for new basins, as well as O2 monitoring of the effluent in the basins. At Alværn Pumping Stations, an O2 system equivalent to that at Buhrestua will be installed along with a new pump. The flushing and O2 system will be supplier designed in accordance with Appendix 02.

Contract 003 includes disconnection and demolition of cables for all equipment that will be refurbished, as well as drawing new electrical and ICT cables for all new components at Buhrestua in accordance with the tender documentation. Termination of electrical cables will be performed in contract 003, but termination of ICT cables are performed in separate contracts. We request an option price for complete replacement of all main and sub distribution cabinets. At Alværn, the contract will include a complete operation-ready emergency aggregate that will be established in the basement.

Contract 004 primarily concerns demolition of parts of the existing ventilation system in the building, adaptation of the existing system to the reconstructed facility, as well as replacement of the existing ventilation aggregate. The new aggregate will receive a new intake and exhaust from the building. A new internal charcoal filter will also be established to purify the air from the reconstructed retention basins. Contract 004 has no works at Alværn Pumping Station.
