Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, will outsource an app/web app with the accompanying systems for enforcing parking, and an app/web app with the accompanying systems for the procurement of parking products.
The system for checking and fines is described as a checking tool in this document, and the system for the sale of products is described as a parking app.
The checking tool consists of the following (will be used exclusively by employees):
— checking tool, hand held (smartphone);
— checking tool, ANPR (assembled in a vehicle);
— printer for fines.
The parking app consists of the following:
— public app for inhabitants;
— company portal for large customers;
— administration and customer support tool, financial follow-up for the public app.
Varighet: 60 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period is 5 (five) years from the delivery date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time for up to 10 years, unless 1 (one) year notice is given by the contracting authority prior to the renewal date.
