The applicant must be a legitimately established company.

Required documentation:

• Norwegian companies: company registration certificate, issued not more than three months before the deadline for submittal of the application;

• foreign tenderers: documentation validating that the company is registered in a trade register or a company register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the applicant is established.

The applicant shall submit its annual accounts for the last 3 years, including the board's annual report and auditor's statement, and any other documentation showing that the applicant fulfils this qualification requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The applicant must have adequate experience from comparable assignments in the last 3 years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Description of the applicant's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include an indication of the contract value, dates and client (name, telephone number and email address). References may be contacted if required to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the applicant's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
