Norske TOG AS

The purpose of this procurement is to purchase new Trainsets and appurtenant goods and services, primarily for use in a suburban commuter train service, but also for other operational use if needed.
Norske tog AS (NT) intends to procure 30 Trainsets in a primary delivery, to be used in a inner suburban commuter train service primarily in the Oslo-region. NT aims towards complete delivery of the primary delivery within 2024.
Further, the contract shall give Norske tog AS the right to purchase up to 170 additional Trainsets as options.

Varighet: 180 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

For a period of up to 10 years from effective date, Norske tog AS shall have the right to exercise the following optional deliveries:

1) Order up to 170 additional trainsets;

2) Increase the Trainsets top speed up to 200 km/h;

3) High cost components;

4) Special tools;

5) Bioreactor;

6) Conductor room;

7) Test rack for on board passenger information and advertising systems;

8) Seat reservation system;

9) Simulator.

For a period of up to 15 years from Effective Date, Norske tog AS shall have the right to exercise the following optional deliveries:

10) Documentation maintenance and updating;

11) Technical assistance;

12) Training of personnel.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) The candidate must demonstrate that it has fulfilled its obligations relating to the payment of taxes, VAT or similar payments under the laws of Norway or the relevant state in which the candidate is established;

2) The candidate must be a legally established company.

4) The candidate shall have the necessary production facilities, organizational capacity and expertise to fulfil the contract;

6) The candidate shall be certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 or an equivalent quality assurance standard based on relevant European standard series certified by accredited agencies;

7) The candidate shall be certified according to ISO 14001: 2015 or an equivalent environmental management standard based on relevant European standard series certified by accredited agencies.
