The contract will apply to the distribution and collection of technical aids to a permanent reception/collection location for 14 municipalities in the previous Telemark county. This concerns the following municipalities: Bamble, Seljord, Kviteseid, Vinje, Tokke, Fyresdal, Nissedal, Drangedal, Kragerø, Nome, Midt-Telemark (old Bø og Sauherad municipality), Notodden, Hjartdal and Tinn.

Aids will be collected from the contracting authority's warehouse up to four times a week. There will be return transport (received goods) of aids from the different reception locations in the municipality.
In addition, there is also Skien og Porsgrunn Municipality where aids will be delivered and collected two times per week for Skien og Porsgrunn Municipality.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 3 800 000 NOK 💰

The contracting authority (the customer) has the option to extend the contract for an additional up to 1 + up to 1 year.

Tenderers are required to be legally established companies:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre;
Foreign Tenderers: certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Service providers are required to have the financial ability to implement the contract.
Credit rating from an officially approved credit evaluation institution. The rating must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 3 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Good implementation ability is required;
An overview of the tenderer’s average annual workforce and number of employees in the management during the last 3 years.
A description of the tools, material and technical equipment that the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
Experience from similar deliveries is required.
The tenderer's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignments, the values, time frames and recipients.
A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required.
A description of the tenderer's quality assurance measures/methods.
A good, well-functioning environmental management system is required.
Certificate issued by a certification body, which confirms compliance with the quality assurance standard NS-ISO 14001 or equivalent.
A description of the tenderer's methods for environmental management.
