Requirement
Company registration certificate.
Tenderers must be a legally established company and registered in a trade register or other company register,for e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation requirement
Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register.
Foreign companies: certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Taxes and duties
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement
The tax certificate shall not be more than 6 months old at the expiry of the tender deadline.
Financial solidity
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Auditor approved accounts with report for the recent year. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
