Requests tenders for the contract consultancy assignments H002: planning services for detailed zoning plans.
The project shall bring together large parts of NTNU's campus in Trondheim to the area surrounding Gløshaugen. The gathering of campuses includes the relocation of the specialist environments that are currently located at Dragvoll (the humanities and social sciences academic subjects) and in Midtbyen (art and music academic subjects). The academic subjects are thus gathered with the technical and scientific environments at Gløshaugen and with the medical, health and teacher education academic subjects at Øya and Kalvskinnet. The main reason behind the project is the need to establish synergies between the academic environments by gathering NTNU in Trondheim. The gathering of campuses must facilitate increased interdisciplinary communication and collaboration and create a better quality in the education, the research innovation, the art and communication environments.

The Ministry of Education and Research is the contracting authority, the project owner and manager of the project council. Statsbygg is the builder and manager of the project. The gathering of campuses must facilitate increased interaction and collaboration and create a better quality in the education, the research innovation, the art and communication academic subjects.

The planning consultant must report to Statsbygg's project manager for planning services.
The assignment shall be paid according to the number of hours worked. The preliminary budget for this contract in 2020 is approx. NOK 4 million, including VAT. A considerable increase of use of resources is planned for 2021-2022. However, this is subject to allocation. The estimated value for all contractual work is NOK 20-25 million. This is an estimate and does not represent any obligations for Statsbygg.
