Tenders for programming and engineering design services — group contract (PG).

Tenders must include the following disciplines:

— engineering design group manager (PGL),

— architect (ARK) for architectural design services,

— programming consultant,

— user involvement consultant,

— landscape architect (LARK),

— interior qrchitect (IARK),

— consultant geotechnical engineer (RIG),

— user equipment consultant,

— consultant engineer for construction (RIB),

— consultant engineer for HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV),

— consultant electrical engineer (RIE),

— BIM-/GIS-coordinator,

— consultant integrated technical building installations (RITB),

— consultant engineer energy (RIEn) with BREEAM certification,

— consultant acoustics engineer (RIA),

— consultant fire engineer (RIBr),

— consultant building physics engineer (RIBFy),

— consultant engineer, the environment (RIM).

Option:

Consultant geotechnical engineer (RIG). Tenderers must quote a price for RIG, but the discipline is an option for Statsbygg. There are competence requirements for the executing RIG in point 2.3 below. Statsbygg will decide whether to trigger the option after the contract has been signed. A separate contest can be held for RIG, which, in would then be transferred to the PG.

The co-location of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology'a (NTNU) campus in Trondheim will be carried out up until 2028 as a general and continuous project for the co-location of multi-disciplinary subjects around Gløshaugen. The project will bring together large parts of NTNU's campus in Trondheim to the area surrounding Gløshaugen. The co-location involves moving the subjects that are currently located at Dragvoll (humanistic and social science subjects) and Midtbyen (art and music). These subjects will thus be co-located with the technical and scientific environments at Gløshaugen, with medicine, health and teacher courses at Øya and Kalvskinnet. The main reason behind the project is the need to establish synergies between the academic environments by co-locating NTNU in Trondheim. The co-location of the campuses must facilitate increased interdisciplinary communication and collaboration, and create better quality in the education, research innovation, art and communication environments.

The work will be carried out in two contracts; one contract for planning services for the detailed development, and one contract for programming services and engineering design services. This enquiry is for programming services and engineering services.

The Ministry of Education and Research is the contracting authority, the project owner and manager of the project council. Statsbygg is the builder and manager of the project. NTNU will manage the receipt of the project, and will be the future administrator and user.

The PG group will come under Statbygg's project manager.

The PGL company must have considerable competence and experience from the management of complex multidisciplinary engineering design processes in construction projects.

Documentation requirement:

A description must be attached of up to 5 (maximum 1 A4 page per project) reference projects with the following information:

1) the project's name, contracting authority and reference person at the contracting authority;

2) type of building (what functions the building housed, location, whether it was a new building/renovation);

3) the project's size (m

4) description of roles and assignments;

5) dates of the execution of the assignment, as well as a description of which phases were included in the assignment;

6) which disciplines were included in the assignment.

Minor projects can be relevant.

The reference projects must be from the last 7 years. All the above points must be answered per project.

2) consultant for user involvement

Considerable competence and experience is required from user involvement in complex projects.

A description must be submitted of up to 5 reference assignments. Maximum 1 A4 page per assignment.

The assignments are not expected to be of an equivalent size as NTNU campus co-location.

The following information must be given:

1) the project's name, contracting authority and reference person;

5) dates of the execution of the assignment, as well as a description of which phases were included in the assignment.

The reference assignments must be from the last 7 years. All the points must be answered per assignment.

Considerable competence and experience is required from programming complex projects.

Minor projects can have a transferable value.

The following information shall be given:

4) the project's environmental goals/level;

5) description of roles and assignments;

6) dates of the execution of the assignment, as well as a description of which phases were included in the assignment.
