Tenderers can document the experience of the personnel that may be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

The contest shows that there is reason to anticipate competition among many suppliers for this subcontract, and thereby achieve good competition for the stated award criteria. In addition, PFT wants to enter into parallel contracts with up to five suppliers for this subcontract, so that competition for the award criteria can also be achieved in the mini-contests to be carried that will be held under the contract.
