All the areas have one stand-by and each must be offered a vehicle and crew. Cf. the tender documentation, point 7.1.4.

The procurement is split into 30 areas: 23 separate areas mainly on the municipal road network and seven areas with car parks, mainly for Ålesund Municipal Property. The evaluation and award of assignments will be made per each individual area, cf. the tender documentation point 7.1.4.

Tenderers can submit a tender for one, several, or all areas. Tenderers are asked to assess their capacity as regards to how many areas they can submit a tender for. If a tender is submitted for several areas, the areas with the fewest tenders will be prioritised first. All the areas have one stand-by and each must be offered a vehicle and crew.

Tenders must clearly state which area(s) the tender is for. The area number points out the division into the lots/areas.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Two extensions of 12 months.
The contract will be valid for 2 years from when the contract is signed (seasons 20/21 and 21/22), with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year (season 22/23 and season 23/24).

Tax and VAT certificates:
Norwegian tenderers: tenderers must give consent in their tender for TendSign to obtain and for the client to receive information on the above via TendSign.
If a tenderer does not give consent, the tenderer must attach a tax and VAT certificate. The tax certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. (Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)

Foreign tenderers: tenderers who are not established in Norway must present equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

Credit rating:
The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority is not accepting credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro so that the tenderers can be assessed on equal terms.

Tenderers can enclose other necessary information with their tender if the tenderer is of the opinion that Bisnode/CreditPro will not provide an accurate picture of the financial situation. Newly established companies: newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing. This also applies to foreign tenderers.

Tax and VAT certificates: tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT affairs in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Credit rating: the financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. Tenderers are required as a minimum to be credit worthy, B in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro or have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's assessments in regard to the submitted documentation from the tenderer. Newly established companies must have the financial capacity to implement the contract.

The contracting authority will provide assistance when submitting a tender. This will be done in two ways, provided that there are registered participants:
1) Digital tender conference:
A digital conference will be held via teams, where the contracting authority will explain and go through how a tender is to be submitted in the tender management tool Visma Tendsign.
Date: Monday 29.06 from 10.00-11.00.
Prior registration to marthe.alnes.aaroe@alesund.kommune.no An invitation with a link to the conference will be sent to all those who have registered via email.
2) Technical assistance:
Onsite technical assistance for submitting a tender in Visma Tendsign will be carried out in week 34 at the following places:
(a) Skodje Town Hall,
(b) Ålesund Town Hall.
You will be able to receive technical help here to submit a tender in Visma Tendsign. Prior registration to marthe.alnes.aaroe@alesund.kommune.no so that we can make arrangements according to the need by week 31. The date and time for assistance in week 34 will be announced to all those who have registered in the beginning on August.
