Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

• Norwegian tenderers must present a company registration certificate issued by the Register of Business Enterprises. The company registration certificate must not be older than six months at the tender deadline.

• Foreign tenderers must present certificate(s) of statutory registration in the country where they are established. The certificate must not be older than six months at the tender deadline.

• The documentation is listed in Appendix 1 ‘company registration certificate’.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

• Credit rating from a certified rating agency. The appendix is called Appendix 2 ‘ Annual Financial Statements’.

• a declaration about the business’ total turnover etc. for the three last available financial years, cf. Annex 3 ‘key figures’.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.

• an overview of the primary assignments that the tenderer has carried out during the last 3 years, together with information about the contract value, delivery or execution date, and the name of the recipient, cf. Annex 4 ‘experience overview’.

— a description of the proportion of the contract that the tenderer expects to be assigned to subcontractors, named Annex 6 ‘sub-contractors’.

The tenderer must have a quality assurance system suitable for the delivery.

In addition, the tenderer is required to have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer has methods for working actively and systematically to reduce negative environmental impact from activity related to the implementation of this contract.

Quality assurance system:

Alternative documentation is either:

• a description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods. In addition, a table of contents from the quality assurance system must be enclosed.

• if the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent recognised quality assurance certifications based on relevant European Standard series, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate.

Environmental management system:

• a description of the tenderer's environmental management measures.

• if the tenderer has certificates from independent bodies documenting the environmental management system, these can be presented as documentation. The contracting authority refers in this connection to the EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), or other acknowledged environmental management systems stated in the decree (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45 as Eco-lighthouse or equivalent, and other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards.

• documentation of the qualification requirement named Annex 6 ‘quality assurance system and environmental management system’.
