The geographical area consists of Tromsø, Karlsøy, Balsfjord, Storfjord and Lyngen Municipalities. The estimated need is 130 parallel individual places at any one time (with the exception of the first 3 months — see below).
The aim is to enter into parallel framework agreements for individual places in this geographical area, see the framework agreement point 2.1.2.
Tenderers must be able to follow-up participants in their home municipality in the geographical area, both through physical meetings and digital follow-up, adapted to each individual's needs.
Tenderers must have suitable premises for the physical meetings with participants in each municipality for the geographical area included in the tender. Tenderers only need to offer one location per geographical area, cf. the requirement in Part III, annex 1, point 7.

The geographical areas (lots) are as follows:
Geographical area A — GEO the Tromsø region: the geographical area consists of Tromsø, Karlsøy, Balsfjord, Storfjord and Lyngen Municipalities. The estimated need is 130 parallel individual places at any one time (with the exception of the first 3 months — see below).

The aim is to enter into parallel framework agreements for individual places in service area A: GEO the Tromsø region. The intention is to enter into parallel framework agreements with two tenderers in geographical area A, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The call-off mechanism will be a percentage distribution (60 % / 40 %), see the framework agreement point 2.1.2. In the other geographical areas, a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer in each geographical area.

1 + 1 year.
The assessment of whether the contracting authority will take up an option for a contract extension will be a general assessment in which the Tenderer's deliveries under the contract, the contracting authority's needs and budget and conditions in the labour market can be weighted. In this assessment the contracting authority will particularly emphasise the degree to which the tenderer has achieved the result goals in Annex 1 point 1 of the contract, and about the Tenderer in general.
