Procurement of Nationwide Hotel Services for Bufetat

The contracting authority will enter into parallel framework agreements for the procurement of hotel accommodation in Norway. The contracts will ensure the necessary capacity, as well as good quality of hotel accommodation for official journeys for employees in Burdir and Bufetat.
The procurement consists of two sub-contracts.
Sub-contract 1: Covers the 15 destinations/public transport intersections that are most visited for employees' official journeys. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the locations. The contracts will be awarded per location.
Sub-contract 2: Covers 'the rest of the country', i.e., all of Norway except the locations covered in sub-contract 1. Hotel services will be secured with sufficient geographical coverage for extensive travelling nationwide. There will be a joint award of contract in sub-contract 2, based on the tenderer's total tender in the sub-contract.
