See point IV. 1.1) Type of procedure: The contracting authority emphasises that the procedure is an open procedure and that negotiations are included. The contracting authority also notes their reservation that the tender form is not completely suited to the procedure for the procurement of health services. The contracting authority will enter into a 6-year contract with an option for an extension for up to 1 + 1 year.
