Helse Nord RHF invites tenderers to a contest in accordance with part IV of the public procurement regulations for health and social services for the establishment of one or more contracts for 24 hour multidisciplinary specialised drugs and alcohol treatment (TSB). See point IV. 1.1) Type of procedure: The contracting authority emphasises that the procedure is an open procedure and that negotiations are included. The contracting authority also notes their reservation that the tender form is not completely suited to the procedure for the procurement of health services. The contracting authority will enter into a 6-year contract with an option for an extension for up to 1 + 1 year. The duration is based on the service's particular character, development, and collaboration forms.
