The contract is a framework agreement and the procurement of the subscriptions and the additional services from the provider are given in the tender documents. The agreement period is 2 years and must cover the contracting authority's requirement for subscriptions in 2021 and 2022 Movar (the Contracting Authority) shall have the right to extend the contract on the same terms for two periods of 1 year each so that the contract also includes Movar's need for subscriptions in 2023 and possibly also for 2024. In the tender documents, Movar has estimated the need for subscriptions during the agreement period based on the current scope. However, it will be Movar's actual need that determines the scope of the agreement. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the agreement.
