Procurement of LSP for Microsoft Products Options for CSP and Broker Services

The Norwegian Environment Agency, c/o Joint ICT operations, would like to enter into a framework agreement for LSP services for Microsoft products. An option is wanted for CSP and broker services, as well as an advice service for the transition to cloud-based operation. The Norwegian Environment Agency needs a proactive partner, with a general approach to the Norwegian Environment Agency's service/licence needs. The tenderer must use his methods, advice, and competence to ensure that the contracting authority always has the correct licences. Tenderers must have solid negotiation competence to ensure good and correct licence prices. This procurement can also be used for other participants in the joint ICT Directorate for Cultural Heritage, the Norwegian Polar Institute, the Species Databank, and the Norwegian Cultural Memorial Fund. The procurement's size is very difficult to set, as we will have a large increase in consumption through Azure and other cloud services in future years. The total cost in 2019 was approx. NOK 4 350 000 a year for Microsoft licences and NOK 400 000 on Azure consumption.
