Drammen kommune

Drammen kommune [Drammen municipality] will procure geographic information systems (GIS) for management and publication of geodata. The procurement is divided into lots in accordance with PPR §19-4, and it is possible to submit tender offers for all or individual parts of the contest.
Implementation will be complete by 3 May 2021 and contracts will be signed with a three year duration and the possibility to extend for 1 year at a time.
The systems must make it possible for the municipality to:
— collect fees through efficient case management
— to a greater extent use geographic analysis in decision-making
— offer good systems for insight for residents and industry
— offer good solutions for internal standby work
— offer good systems for internal case management
— ensure continual access to map systems for case management and insight into map data for residents and industry.
