VISMA Entreprise is the financial system in Øvre Eiker municipality. Rfd and DRBV use Unit4 Business World (UBW), former Agresso.
Øvre Eiker municipality issues approx. 38 000 annual invoice claims with a total value of approx. NOK 117 million. Rfd issues approx. 14 400 invoices per annum. The principal as well as first late fees shall be recorded in a ledger at the customers upon submission of cases to the supplier. The tax collection function shall cease as a municipal service from May 2020. For this assignment, there is therefore a voluntary option for the customer to transfer certain cases to a new supplier.
