Basic package
The Norwegian Parliament does not envisage that the offered services are tailored for the Norwegian Parliament, but that they are a ‘standard’ package put together by the tenderer. The ‘standard package’ must, however, include the following elements:

— health examinations for all employees who qualify for statutory company health services (130 persons including associated entities);;
— systematic HSE work
— systematic work on the psycho-social and organisational working environment;
— systematic work for an ‘inclusive working life’;
— participation in AKAN.
Doctor services
In addition to the ‘basic package’, doctor services must also be offered on a permanent basis for members of parliament and employee groups who qualify for certified company health services.
Premises will be provided. As a starting point, the premises are equipped with furniture, but all other equipment that is required for carrying out the services must be supplied by the tenderer and priced into the service.
Tenderers must allow for the scope of the doctor services being adjusted and adapted to any future reduction/increase in need or prerequisites.
The doctor services in the Norwegian Parliament's premises must at the moment be available each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9.00 and 15.00. 37 weeks a year.
The requested company health services consists, as described above, of two different deliveries: a ‘basic package’ and ‘doctor services’. The Norwegian Parliament requires these services to be combined in such a way that there is an appropriate and good use of resources.
