ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

The Labour and Welfare Department, c/o the IT Department, will hold a tender contest with the intention of signing a framework agreement with one (-1-) tenderer.
The contract will cover the procurement of apple laptop and stationary Macs, accessories/periphery equipment for the above, as well as a selection of services that are ordered from all the units in the Labour and Welfare Department.
The tenderer must have broad competence in the products included in the contract, and must be capable of putting together good systems based on the contracting authority's requirements, including co-ordination, administration and interaction with the contracting authority and sub-suppliers/manufacturers. The tenderer must be able to advise the contracting authority if required.

Estimert totalverdi: 12 800 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:

The framework agreement will have a total estimated value of NOK 14-16 million including VAT over a maximum of 4 years.

The framework agreement includes:

— apple laptop and stationary Macs,

— accessories/periphery equipment for the above-mentioned,

— services.

• apple business manager (previously Apple Device Enrollment Program, DEP);

• apple care;

• service/guarantee and claims management for new and existing equipment.

There are not concrete plans to order apple stationary Macs now, but the need can change in the contract period. NAV has content producers who use particularly powerful computers. Therefore, there is a product category under which orders can be placed if required.

The contracting authority is not obligated to procure any specific amount of services in the contract period.

Registration in a trade register or a company register: tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation: foreign tenderers: certificate of registration in the company register as prescribed in the legislation of the state where the tenderer is established.

For Norwegian tenderers: a company registration certificate from Brønnøysundregisteret [the Brønnøysund Register] will be collected through the eBevis service.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Economic and financial requirement: tenderers are required to have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority will obtain credit ratings carried out by Experian; see www.Experian.no If the tenderer feels that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, please send supplementary information together with the qualification application. Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order. Certificate of tax and VAT from the Norwegian Tax Authority is collected through the eBevis service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Experience from similar assignments is required.

Documented by a description of the tenderer's primary deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignments, their value, dates and recipients, cf. Part I - annex A.

Good implementation abilities are required.

Documented by:

1) manpower for this assignment (organisation plan);

2) a description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications: a description of the capacity in the relevant units at the tenderer must be provided. With regard to qualifications, a short overview of the tenderer's general relevant expertise must be given. Names must not be given, and CVs must not be submitted for this requirement.
