Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
1) Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
2) Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Tenderers must have the financial capacity/provide assurance that the tenderer will be financial viable to fulfil the entire assignment/contract — the company is required to be credit worthy.
Documentation requirement:
Solidity assessment from a certified credit rating company
Based on the last accounting figures.
The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1: the tenderer must have good experience from similar deliveries.
Documentation requirement:
Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of:
• a brief description of the delivery.
• the assignment´s value
• date
• recipient (name, telephone number and email address).
It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Tenderers are requested to complete Appendix 5, Reference Form.
Requirement 2: the tenderer is required to have sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.
Overview of the company's total staffing with competence to implement this delivery, as well as an overview of the number of persons with certificates and authorisations.
Requirement 3: tenderers are required to have sufficient competence to carry out the assignment in a professionally satisfactory manner, as well as provide engineering design consultancy services.
Tenderers must have personnel with the competence necessary to carry out the air treatment services as stated in the requirement specification.
Tenderers must document at least three persons in the company have relevant education within relevant disciplines and relevant practice after completed education.
Requirement 4:
Tenderers must have a good environmental management system.
A description of environmental measures that have been implemented in the business.
If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Eco-lighthouse or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
