NAV would like to acquire knowledge of user experiences and assessments and will, therefore, regularly carry out user surveys. We need assistance to implement such surveys aimed at NAV's users, for example, private persons and employers. The procurement will results in a framework agreement with a supplier, giving us the opportunity to perform call-offs for assistance of high quality at a reasonable price.
