Qualification Requirement:
A legally established company is required:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Tenderers must document that all the legal requirements in Norway within health, the environment and safety (HSE) are fulfilled or will be fulfilled upon award of contract.
Completed HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have relevant experience from similar assignments.
Equivalent assignments means the service, maintenance, and new installation of cooling and ventilation installations.
Documentation requirement:
Overview of the five most relevant reference assignments that are not older than three years. Tenderers must complete the attached reference list, see annex 5.
A minimum of one of the tenderer's references must be for new installations of cooling and ventilation installations.
A minimum of two of the tenderer's references must be for service and maintenance of cooling and ventilation installations, (i.e., at least one reference for each of the two types of installations).
The references will be contacted if necessary.
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability to fulfil the contract.
The evaluation will be connected to the sub-contracts that a tenderer has submitted a tender for.
A short account of the tenderer's organisation, capacity, and implementation ability.
Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality management system adapted to suit the content of the framework agreement.
• Tenderers must present a description of their quality assurance measures. Tenderers must attach procedures for the services offered in the framework agreement, which show satisfactory quality assurance of the deliveries/services.
If a tenderer's quality management system is certified by an independent third party, it is sufficient to send a valid certificate.
Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning environmental management system.
Overview of the tenderer's environment management system adapted to suit the content of the framework agreement.
