Nasjonal kommunikasjonsmyndighet (Nkom) (the Norwegian Communications Authority) wants to enter into a contract for consultancy services for development of a margin squeeze model for fixed mobile broadband in the wholesale market for full and partial access to fixed access network and Broadband access, including determination of relevant principles that will form the basis for this model and associated documentation of principles and model.
