The aim of this procurement is to enter into framework agreements with one or several tenderers for building materials and fasteners, in accordance with the requirement specifications.
The contract will cover the contracting authority's need for building materials for maintenance managed by municipality, in order to maintain our buildings in the most efficient way. Up to three (3) framework agreements will therefore be signed per contract area listed in the requirements specification.

The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for building materials for our employees for the maintenance of our buildings in the most efficient way. Therefore up to three framework agreements will be signed per contract area listed below.

The contracting authority manages 47 school buildings, 27 nurseries, 19 institutions/nursing homes, 98 office buildings/sports halls/arts centres and 249 residential buildings, etc.
The list is not exhaustive. The contract must secure predictable terms for both the tenderer and the contracting authority.
The customers will shop in the contract area and with the contract that is closest to where the work will be carried out.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 4 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT affairs in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Requirement: the financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. A minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit-worthy with a score of A in accordance with Bisnode AS using the service CreditPro or that the tenderer has the financial capacity to implement the contract, based on the contracting authority’s assessment in accordance with the attached documentation from tenderers.

Newly established companies: newly established companies must have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:
For Norwegian tenderers: tenderers must give consent in their tender submission to TendSign obtaining and the contracting authority getting information on the above-mentioned via TendSign. If a tenderer does not consent to this, the tenderer must present a tax and VAT certificate. The tax certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. (Tenderers can obtain the electronic tax and VAT certificate themselves and immediately receive it by email.)

Foreign tenderers: tenderers who are not established in Norway must present equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer's finances through the company and accounting information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority is not accepting credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro so that the tenderers can be assessed on equal terms.

Tenderers can enclose other necessary information with their tender if the tenderer is of the opinion that Bisnode/CreditPro will not provide an accurate picture of the financial situation.
Newly established companies: newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer or employees at the tenderer are required to have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments mean the delivery of products in this contract to private or public businesses.
Documentation requirement: a reference list must be submitted with a minimum of one reference showing that the qualification requirement is met.
