The contracting authority needs to upgrade multifunction printers and wants this as a cloud service. Therefore DIFI's new contract SSA-SKY has been selected. The objective is that the supplier will place printer equipment at the contracting authority and takes responsibility for operation and maintenance of this in the contract period. The cloud service contract will therefore also include the hire of equipment.
In addition, the contracting authority needs maintenance contracts for the existing equipment, respectively
• approx. 100 table models for black/white print,
• six plotters,
• this equipment will work side by side with the printer equipment that the suppliers places at the contracting authority.
35 multifunction printers will be phased out and the supplier must collect these and destroy them in a secure manner, see Appendix 1 to the contract.
The procurement will include maintenance of the existing equipment based on SSA-V, which is a separate contract for this.
