The contracting authority wants tender offers for printing of materials and envelopes, and for sample collector and secondary packaging. In addition, offers are requested for labelling of test tubes, packing of materials and equipment, distribution including handling of return post, ordering and storing of sample kits.

Assignment to the total supplier:
• KRG sends electronic orders to the total supplier with information about which persons/participants materials and sample kits should be sent to;
• materials including sample kits will be sent via post with the following content:
— personal letters and information brochures with user instructions for sampling,
— test tubes with unique labelling that connects the participant to the test tube,
— sample collector,
— secondary packaging for packing of test tubes for return shipment,
— return envelope;
• the total supplier will order the test tubes from an external supplier selected by KRG, and have a stock of these at all times.
